Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out, until 18:00, is available at an additional charge of 40% of the nightly rate, subject to availability.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit payment of 40% of the total stay price is required. 

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival allows a refund of the deposit. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

Security deposit in case of damage  500.00 €.
